Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the completed return form. Use a trackable and insured shipping method to send your return to the address provided on the return form. Shoelayers UK is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive your return and inspect it, we'll notify you about your refund or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
