Return Policy

We at Shoelayers UK want you to be wholly satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not delighted with your footwear or accessory item, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange. The following Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our online store.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased from Shoelayers UK. Any returns postmarked after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Condition of Return

  • All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • They should be unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface to prevent any scuff marks or damage.
  • Accessories must remain in their original packaging.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of delivery. We will provide you with instructions and cover the return postage costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned item(s). Original shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable. If you benefited from a discount or promotion, the refund would be adjusted accordingly.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the size, colour, and style you require. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want in exchange is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

Return Process

Log into your account on our website, navigate to 'My Orders' and select the item(s) you wish to return. Complete and print the return form provided. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the completed return form. Use a trackable and insured shipping method to send your return to the address provided on the return form. Shoelayers UK is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive your return and inspect it, we'll notify you about your refund or exchange.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exceptions

Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Rights under the UK Consumer Law

Nothing in this Return Policy seeks to exclude or limit any rights available under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If there's any inconsistency between this Return Policy and UK law, UK law will prevail.
